PIPs stands for "Projects In Process."
Do you have a few projects laying around your house that need to be worked on?
Something that you started and just never got finished?
Do you have questions or need help figuring out how to complete a project?
Then this group is for you!
At the beginning of the year the group has a kick-off meeting where everyone commits to complete at least six projects during the year. You can commit to more, but those would be completed after your first six. Prizes are given each month when you bring one of your completed projects in for the whole group to see.
PIPs meet once a month on the 4th Thursday to work. Throughout the year the group will have special events and parties.
Monthly meeting
- 4th Thursday, 10 am to 7 pm ( Come and stay as long as you can.)
- Bring projects and sewing supplies.
- Snacks are welcome but not required. We will plan a luncheon in the summer.
- Everyone who comes will get a free FQ (Must be present and sewing to receive. No drop ins)
- Anyone who brings in a finished project will be entered into the monthly drawing. Names will remain in the drawing throughout the year and can only be entered once per project.
*If you can’t make the meeting but have a finished project, bring it in and get it photographed and fill out your drawing entry. Do not have to be present to win drawing!
Customer Trunk Show
In January of each year we have a trunk show to show off our progress and fun things we’ve done at Jewel’s Fabric Stash. This is just a fun event for us!
Grand Finale
December we will have a final event to celebrate what we got done. We will have an end of year luncheon with this event! It’s a Party!
Cost: $60 year (Covers classroom space, a FREE FQ each month, staff assistance, & any food costs)
