Prep-School Picnic
The Prep-School Picnic Quilt is a great project for showing off those pre-cuts you’ve had your eye on. This quilt is designed specifically for 10″ pre-cut squares, better known as Layer Cakes. There is so much versatility when using Layer Cakes and pre-cut fabrics - you get a great a great variety of useable prints without having to buy a lot of yardage.
The pattern features framed nine-patch blocks with sashing and posts. In the class we will be using strip-piecing techniques so assembly comes together quick without having to cut lots of tiny little squares.
Approximate finished size is 67" x 78".
