This class builds on what you learned in the beginning Quilting 101 class. We're moving up from a table topper to a quilt! You will learn how to manage all that fabric and how to keep your lines straight. In order to have your stars look pretty accuracy is a must so we'll be going over some of those tips again.
The pattern allows you some freedom in choosing your fabrics. It's shown as a two-tone quilt, but you can use a third accent color if you want. And you don't have to do it in Christmas colors. You can pick any 2 or more strongly contrasting fabrics you love.
Skills Learned: Strip piecing, multiple ways of doing Half Square Triangles (HST), reading a pattern, keeping your points on stars.
