PIPs Lemonade Club (Projects in Progress)

PIPs (Projects in Progress) started back up in Jan 2020. We have SEW much fun and want you to join us, not to mention we are thrilled with the prospect of seeing all those unfinished projects get completed this year. At the beginning of the year everyone writes down six projects they want to finish this year. Once a month we meet, sew together and hopefully show off what we have completed during the month. There is a monthly drawing for any finished projects for the month. If you are the only one to finish, you will be the only one in the drawing. Great odds! If you didn't complete something but come to sew, you will get a free FQ to add to your stash. Bring snacks if you wish or eat from our chocolate stash. Its a great time to just sew and visit together.

Mini Quilt Swap Club: Barns

It's mini barn time and that means creating a beautiful rendition of a barn. This can be a vintage barn, classic red barn, or have fun and make it a whimsical barn. You will need to come in and fill out a buddy form. This will include basic information about yourself as well as give your buddy some fun hobby ideas about what you are interested in. Then you and your buddy will have three months to work on your creation. We will have a reveal party in May. Bring a friend! We've had so much fun in the past and look forward to adding new people to our group!

IMAGINE Art of Heart Block of the Month

Can you Imagine how cute this will be hanging in your home as a wall quilt or divide them up into monthly pillows? The colors we have picked just make each block jump off the fabric. Each month you will get a kit with each of your fabrics. Please bring in your previous month so we can show off our progress. You will receive the button kit in month 11 along with your final block. As a congrats for all your hard work, you can earn back half your $50 sign up fee by having your 12 block quilt top or pillow tops sashed and bordered by our Reveal Party. It does not have to be quilted but it needs to be at the point that it could be quilted. Now how it that for motivation! Our first class is longer because we will be showing you tips and tricks for doing raw edge applique. If you are a beginner, then this is the quilt to start with. If you have done raw edge before then enjoy a brush up and away you go!
